‘Piedy the Magpie’ told by Sue Buchanan – volunteer and victim

Our story is about ‘Piedy’ our resident magpie who sadly, is permanently incarcerated due his dislike for everything that moves! At the time of writing this story we all felt that Piedy had to be female but we now believe Piedy to be a male. Of course he still loves his mum – Mandy!

This is a tale about a very lucky bird called Piedy.
